Lenormand Stork Meaning and Combinations

17. Stork

Keywords: Pregnancy, babies, change, migration, emigration, movement from one location to another, metamorphosis, storks.

General Stork Meaning

Babies! Because Lenormand cards were invented in Europe (who have legends about storks carrying babies in bundles), the Stork card is clearly the card of babies and pregnancy. So, if your seeker is hoping for a little bundle of joy they should wish for Stork.

As with any form of divination, sometimes you have to take the action of an animal into account when giving an interpretation. Storks move from one location to another so they can predict a time of change and even a move of home. If your seeker feels as though theyโ€™re going through a metamorphosis, Stork can show a change of state from one thing to the next.

Often, The Stork will represent real live storks and water birds. If there are plenty of water cards popping up (Ship, Fish, Anchor) then being around the sea, river and lakes may somehow to relevant to your seeker.

Specific Stork Meanings

Love Meaning: Stork is the card of pregnancy, but sometimes it can just speak of a relationship going to the next level. It is a welcomed card if your seeker is single and looking for love.

Career Meaning: A change in career or change in departments will happen if your seeker gets the Stork card.

Business Meaning: Stork represents the metamorphosis of a business. Perhaps your client will start to take their business more seriously after they receive Stork.

Positive: In a happy reading, Stork signals change which is welcome.

Negative: For negative readings, Stork represents developments for the worst.
