Lenormand Ways Meaning and Combinations

22. The Ways

Also known as Roads or Crossroads

Keywords: Choices, decisions, paths, walking, options, an actual crossroad, roads.

General Ways Meaning

The Ways is, in my opinion, the simplest Lenormand card to understand. All that this card symbolizes is the decisions your seeker must make, and the choices they have. If they feel like they do not have options available, but the Ways shows up, your seeker is probably not in an as tight a spot as they think.

At its worst, Ways predicts your seeker is at a major crossroads in their life and need to start making changes. It can also mean that your seeker has that many options available to them they struggle to make any concrete decisions.

An alternative interpretation would be that Ways speaks of actual roads and paths. If your seeker likes to take long walks outside in nature, then Ways can come up to reveal this.

Specific Ways Meanings

Love Meaning: Sometimes, Ways can show the road which a relationship is going. Perhaps your seeker or their lover must make choices with regards to their love life.

Career Meaning: Ways will appear as a reminder that your seeker has career options available to them.

Business Meaning: Ways can mean that your client needs to make more clear cut decisions with regards to their business, instead of sitting on the fence while they weigh up their options.

Positive: As a positive in a reading, Ways says that your seeker has lots of options in different areas of their life.

Negative: As a negative, Ways means that your client has too many options and struggles to make decisions.
