We send newsletters through a company called Convertkit. Our newsletters are written by us but are also sent via Convertkit. 

When you sign up for one of our guides, you will begin to receive our newsletter ‘Diviner’s Life’. You can unsubscribe from this newsletter at any time.

Your First Name: We will collect and store your first name, if this is something we ask for on any sign up forms. 

Your Email Address: We will collect and store your email address. If we do not have your email address we will not store any of your data. 

Newsletters you Read: If you are sent a newsletter, our newsletter provider automatically records whether or not you have opened that newsletter; this is an automatic process. 

Your Interests: If you have downloaded a free guide, you will be tagged based on the subject of that guide. We tag our subscribers so that we can measure which subjects are popular among our audience and create content and products based on the subject’s popularity. The current tags are use are: Interested in Divination, Interested in Etteilla, Interested in Lenormand, Interested in Oracle Cards, Interested in Palmistry, Interested in Spiritual Development, Interested in Symbolism, Interested in Tarot, Interested in Professional Reading.

Your Purchases: We also tag subscribers based on their purchases. We do this so that you can receive information about the products you have purchased. Also, if you have already purchased an item, we also used tags to exclude you from any further emails about that product. 

Workshops you have Attended: Sometimes, on this site we do online divination workshops. If you sign up to attend these workshops, you will be tagged as a student of each workshop. The reason for this, is so that we can send you emails and updates about the workshop. If we run the same workshop in the future, we will use your tag to exclude you from future emails about the workshop you have already attended.  

Safety 

We store information in a safe place and we do not store credit or debit card information.

We try our best to ensure that the data input into this site remains safe. However, by using this site and inputting your information you acknowledge that you are doing so at your own risk. We do not accept liability for any damages which occur from use of this site.

Your Rights

You have the right to access the information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act in the UK. If you would like access to this information please request it over at the contact page.
